The license key, if you have it handy (starts with frgt_).
A sentence about what you were trying to do.

Your reply links your message to your purchase record automatically — no need to paste account details into a public thread.

We typically respond within one business day.

Common reasons you might land here

Refunded license. If your purchase was refunded, the license can’t be renewed. Repurchase at fregata.app to start fresh.
Suspended license. Something looked off (e.g. a chargeback) and the license was paused. Get in touch — we can usually clear this up.
Expired renewal link. Links in renewal emails are short-lived. Visit the Manage License page to request a fresh sign-in and renewal link.
