We couldn’t renew that license.
Most renewal links land you straight at Stripe. If you got here instead, something about the license needs a human to sort out — most commonly a refunded or suspended state that can’t be renewed automatically.
What to do
Open a thread in GitHub Support with:
- The email address on your original purchase.
- The license key, if you have it handy (starts with
frgt_). - A sentence about what you were trying to do.
We typically respond within one business day.
Common reasons you might land here
- Refunded license. If your purchase was refunded, the license can’t be renewed. Repurchase at fregata.app to start fresh.
- Suspended license. Something looked off (e.g. a chargeback) and the license was paused. Get in touch — we can usually clear this up.
- Expired renewal link. Links in renewal emails are short-lived. Visit your account page to request a fresh sign-in and renewal link.
